  • Level access into all areas
  • Fully accessible bathrooms, public waiting areas, patient treatment areas, and inpatient rooms if required.
  • Language assistance services and interpreters provided without additional charge.
  • A portable telecommunication device (TTY/TDD) which can be used by hearing or speech impaired patients
